Afandi oh's 7 steps Balance plan.

The first step.

You must rest,what you see here is an example of resting.You can rest in public areas or any areas that you like.A word of advise,do not rest in areas that have alot of rempits because in the end you will not have a proper rest.


The second step


















Play a sport,Yes...Sweat it out!Play something that you like for example football.You can be like me and ponteng class to play football in the school hall while nobody is there.Of course,if you do not have ball,do like what we do,You either take the gym ball from the hall or pakat with your friends and take it from the sports room.



The third step

















STUDY!Yes,studying is very important and it is the meaning of life.We must study....study...and study some more!


















You can study in the classroom

Or even in the canteen.

The fourth step

Have enough sleep!

Sleeping is very important,it is the only time your brain can finally rest.So sleep more!It doest matter if you sleep in class while teacher is teaching or whatsoever.What matters most is that you get sufficient sleeping hours and you feel comfortable when you sleep

So when you dont feel comfortable when you sleep...Do something that will make it comfortable like putting a soft pencil box on top that acts like a pillow.

The fifth step

Makan la!We need good food for our body to keep going.We need curry,kangkung belacan and ayam masak merah so that we can have energy throughout the day.Ikan pari is a major bonus!

The Sixth step

Pay attention in class....Like me.....

The final step...Socialize!

Dont always socialize with people around your age,socialize with those that are younger than you.This is done so that you can have a mentality of a child and a teenager.Cool huh?!

Yes,the hottest issue that everyone is talking about now,And what i think about it.

The price of the new Malaysian Jersey.

Yes,the price for this baby.

Being sold for rm260 a piece,it didnt make any Malaysian happy at all.Honestly,i think that it is a very fair price and it should be rm260 and not any cheaper at all.Do not forget,Nike is using the best material for the Malaysian jersey that it uses for other countries like Brazil and Portugal meaning Malaysia is having a world class jersey.

Unlike the former jersey sponsored by Adidas,Before the Malaysia jersey was sponsored by Nike,did u see any Malaysia jersey selling anywhere?

No?

Exacty,Adidas did not take our national strips seriously,not as serious as what Nike is doing.When the Malaysia jersey was sponsored by adidas,i did not manage to get my hand on one although i travelled everywhere just to get an original Malaysia jersey in Malaysia.Sounds weird doesnt it?Having to travel to many places because i couldnt find a Malaysia jersey in Malaysia.This is how serious they were taking our national strips for.In the end, had to buy the fake one they were selling outside the stadium,just like what everyone had to do because they couldnt get the original ones.

I read somewhere in an article in a newspaper that a guy complained saying that if he has four sons that supports Malaysia,would it be fair to him to pay more that 1000 ringgit just to buy them the jersey so that they can go to the stadium and support Malaysia just like the rest.I dont know about him,but the governement is already helping people by lowering the price of the ticket to a mere rm10 and he is still complaining about the jersey.Yes,it is fair.Why?Because what if your four sons supports Arsenal,Manchester United or Liverpool.Are you going to spend 1000 over just to get them the jerseys?

We can buy EPL jerseys,Serie A,Spanish la liga and other National teams jersey for the same price and more and not complaining about it,But hey when it comes to our OWN National team jersey,everyone is complaining about it.

I seriously dont get it at all.

Hey,wake up people!This is our own National team jersey we are talking about.Not an England,Portugal,Brazil or any other country jersey which we dont have any connection too.

Think about it.

We,buying the National team jersey also indirectly contributes to the team.We as Malaysians for once have to stop complaining about prices and start think its worth.If we want the diamond,we pay for it.You cannot pay the price of a crystal for the price of a diamond.You might say that the way we perform is not satisfying and the jersey is worth it,but hey do you know something?Sometimes the clubs or the other national team you support doesnt perform that good as well and you are still a diehard fan.This National team of ours,performing bad or not,is still our National team,not something that we are not related too.

The only difference is that our mentality is set in such a way that those overseas clubs are better than Malysia anytime.If it goes on like this and we keep supporting the other clubs other than our own National team,we will forever be in this state.No one wins.

Now,are you going to spend rm260 on a CLUB jersey or are you going to use it to support your very own country?

The answer is very obvious isnt it?It is time for us to change our mentality about stop talking and start acting.

I meant,have any english people complained about the price of the 50 pounds ticket they have to pay to see a match or the few thousands pounds they have to pay for a season pass?When we have ourselves a rm10 ticket a match?And still some people are complaining about it?

No,it has nothing to do wheter you come from a middle class family or a higher class family or not,It has everything to do with National pride and determination.Because as far as i am concern,there are also many people that cannot afford the prices of jerseys and tickets in England.They still go for it,why?Because when you want to see or do something badly,No matter in what state you are,you will get it.This is about how bad you want it.

Now,nike is going to sell the jersey cheaper,rm180 i think but the quality will be different,in short Nike will be selling two types of Malaysia jersey,one is the cheaper quality while the other one is the more expensive quality for rm260.

This is an embarassment to us,what other countries sell two types of their NT jersey as in the cheaper material and the expensive material?Only Malaysia is doing that,thanks to you guys that are complaining so much.I dont know how people will want to sponsor Malaysia next time again when our own Malaysian doest support Malaysia at all.Must we always fight over the pricing until it brings a national shame to us?Of all the countries in the world,even Indonesia,our country is the only one that sells two types of quality so the price can be lower.Humilation is the perfect word.So how come we dont know when and how to take care of our pride?

The grass is always greener on the other side,but for this,we should see our own backyard.

Think about it.
